Notes is a fast growing speciality coffee roaster with 12 café bars in London and a dynamic wholesale proposition, tailored to the customer needs to guarantee suitability, commercial relevance and sustainability. We have an unrivalled understanding of customer tastes, trends and insight.
We serve high grade Arabica coffee with minimum grading of 84pts (without compromise), sourced at origin and lovingly hand roasted in east London. We are not driven by price, we are driven by quality and the customer experience!

At our roastery in Blackwall, East London, we have the capability to run tailored Barista training and coffee awareness courses covering everything from the basics to advanced level and everything in-between.

Notes will implement an experienced and dedicated Account Manager selected by us and approved by you for the duration of your supply agreement.
Your Account Manager will take complete ownership of the account activity, driving innovation and standards, and focussing on continuous improvement.

We can provide full servicing support for La Marzocco and Nuova Simonelli espresso and brewing machinery in-use. Servicing can be provided 7 days a week (not including Bank Holidays), for emergency breakdowns. We provide preventative maintenance for all machinery.
